McLendon, P.E., C.F.M., McLendon Hydrology and Engineering, LLC (MHE) is a North Texas firm that provides drainage analyses and floodplain management engineering consulting services to serve the needs of its Clients. In addition to earning his Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Water Resources option from Texas Tech University in 2002, Mr. McLendon has more than 15 years of drainage analysis project experience. MHE thrives at producing creative, yet practical solutions for its Clients in specialty areas such as: floodplain studies and mapping, LOMCs through FEMA, detention pond and downstream assessment studies, master drainage planning, storm drain analysis, levee certification, and dam breach analyses. MHE makes conscience effort to stay apprised of the latest hydraulic and hydrologic analysis technologies and software platforms (including GIS) to develop a more realistic understanding of its Client's drainage problem.
