About Us
Founded in 2012, MHE provides water resource engineering studies that support the
decision making and planning for private developers, home builders and public works
clients across Texas. More specifically, MHE offers stormwater master drainage planning,
floodplain studies, holistic watershed/downstream assessment studies, detention pond
design as well as dam breach analyses and spillway adequacy studies.
MHE delivers fast and reliable solutions for client feasibility. Ultimately, our results (if
determined feasible) can be used to support general civil engineering design plans to
meet federal, state and local regulatory standards according to standard engineering
practice. Our focus is on clear communication, fast turnaround, and practical designs
that balance compliance, cost, and performance. With nearly two decades of
experience, we help clients move from concept to completion with confidence.
