Prepared downstream assessment study. Evaluated the downstream effects of removing a severely undersized culvert crossing. Evaluated valley-storage restoration that involved removal of excess fill materials. Evaluated structural measures to control incising along creek. Remapped Stream 2I4 with new hydrologic and hydraulic analyses with LOMR submittal through FEMA.
